A member of the Spanish National Police since 2007, Raul serves in the Illicit Vehicle Trafficking Unit of the Provincial Judicial Police Brigade in Alicante (UDYCO 2).

Specialising in document forgery and vehicle identification since 2015, Raul brings experience spanning public safety, operational policing and judicial investigations, with previous assignments in Orihuela, Madrid and Elche.

Since joining the Alicante unit in 2020, Raul has combined investigative work with T4C training courses covering document forgery and vehicle identification, connecting these two closely related areas of police practice.

At FRONTLINERS 2026, Raul will bring a frontline perspective on the links between fraudulent documents and illicit vehicle trafficking, drawing on operational experience in identifying vehicles and investigating vehicle crime.
