An expert with the Navarre Regional Police in Spain, Haimar specialises in document examination and illicit vehicle trafficking, contributing directly to investigations involving document fraud, vehicle forgery and transnational criminal networks.

Alongside his operational work, he is an experienced trainer who has delivered specialised instruction in document examination, vehicle trafficking and the EUCARIS system to law enforcement agencies throughout Spain. His training activity has also extended internationally, reaching police and security services in Morocco and Portugal, as well as professionals connected to organisations including Interpol and Frontex.

Haimar has spoken at national and international conferences and collaborated with police academies, universities and public and private institutions in the training of specialists involved in document and vehicle investigations.

At FRONTLINERS 2026, he will bring together operational experience, technical expertise and an international perspective—sharing practical insights into complex EUCARIS queries, incident detection and effective police practices in cross-border vehicle investigations.
