Yean Wei Yeap serves as Director of Technical Business Development at Linxens , bringing extensive expertise in smartcard components, identity document manufacturing and government ID architecture.

He joined Linxens in May 2010 and spent over a decade leading its global Research & Development team, working at the intersection of component engineering and secure identity document manufacturing.

In January 2024, he transitioned to strategic technical business development. With a strong foundation in Radio Frequency (RF) product design, he connects R&D innovation with the technical requirements of complex government identity systems.

At FRONTLINERS 2026, Yean Wei brings an engineering perspective on anti-tamper technologies and next-generation physical e-ID security, drawing on his experience across research, product development and identity document manufacturing.
