Serving within the CGI / Single Point of Operational Contact of the Belgian Federal Police — connected to NCB Brussels of Interpol, Europol and SIRENE — Floris brings extensive expertise in traffic crime, vehicle registration systems and licence plate intelligence.

He is also the lead expert behind the FRONTLINERS License Plate Guide Project, now featured through a dedicated section of the FRONTLINERS Knowledge Hub. The LPG Project transforms complex information on licence plates, vehicle identity and registration systems into structured, practical guidance for frontline professionals.

Floris is not simply joining FRONTLINERS 2026. He has been part of the FRONTLINERS journey from the start.
