With more than two decades of experience in the Romanian Police, Bogdan Căpruci has built an extensive career in crisis negotiation, operational psychology and special interventions.

He served as Head of the Special Missions Bureau within the Special Actions Service of the Bucharest Police and previously led its Psychology Bureau. Throughout his career, he coordinated more than 200 negotiation interventions and contributed to the training of over 500 specialists.

A graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, Bogdan has participated in and led national and international training programmes focused on crisis negotiation, hostage situations, applied psychology and operational stress management.

Today, as Founder and President of SPEAR Negotiation & Crisis Response, he supports the professional development of negotiators, operational teams and decision-makers through specialised training, crisis review and applied operational expertise.
